Women's CEV: Antonio Carraro Imoco Conegliano wins the first leg of the quarter-finals.
After Milano and Scandicci also Antonio Carraro Imoco Conegliano wins the first leg of the CEV quarterfinals. The Panthers, led by Daniele Santarelli, in the away match in Poland, won with a clear 0-3 (22-25, 17-25, 27-29) over Developres Resovia.

In the first set, Conegliano showed a solid blocking performance, with four consecutive blocks that led to a 9-15 lead. Despite a comeback attempt by the Polish team, Zhu Ting closed the set with 8 points, securing the 22-25 final.
The second set saw the Panthers dominate thanks to an effective offensive phase and a positive reception of 62%. Coach Santarelli's girls also won the second set with a partial score of 17-25.
In the third set Conegliano works magic. The Polish team reaches 14-3, before suffering a comeback by the Panthers who bring the set to 23-23. Conegliano manages to take the set to advantages and after having cancelled three set points, concludes the match with an exciting 27-29. Zhu Ting was the top scorer with 18 points and only 2 errors, while Gabi, with 15 points, she was awarded MVP of the match.
With this victory, Antonio Carraro Imoco Conegliano puts a serious mortgage on the passage of the round, awaiting the return match at the Palaverde scheduled for March 12.
