State Police officers intervened in an apartment on Viale San Lazzaro to assist medical personnel dealing with a person in a state of rage. Arriving on site, the Flying Squad Agents found that the reported subject, BRA, a 30-year-old in an evident state of psychophysical alteration also due to alcohol intake, was uttering delirious phrases and was barely held back by one of the brothers present to prevent him from making reckless movements that could be dangerous for himself and for other family members present. The BRA was made to get out onto the street and led to the ambulance but, when he got in, he managed to break free and try to escape, but was promptly stopped by his brother.

Seen blocked The BRA assumed a violent attitude, punching his brother who was trying to hold him back and, to prevent the aggression from degenerating further, The agents used the oleoresin capsicum spray supplied to the State Police. Once drawn, the BRA he was immobilized by the police officers who escorted him, on board the ambulance, to the hospital in Vicenza where he underwent medical treatment.
