Vicenza: Drug rider tracked down and reported, drugs and cash seized

The State Police Agents on duty as a "Flying Squad" of the Police Headquarters saw him on Saturday 12 October, around 20.00 pm, in Crispi Avenue, in Vicenza, while he was on his bike. At the sight of the policemen he tried to deviate and change direction. When he realized that the officers had noticed him and were approaching him, with a lightning-fast move he inserted his hand into his underwear and threw plastic bags on the ground.

He was immediately stopped by the officers and searched on the spot.

Following the search and the recovery of what he had thrown on the ground were 8 doses of drugs including heroin and cocaine found and seized for a total weight of about 2 grams, plus about 450 euros in cash e two cell phones.

The man, a citizen of Nigerian origin born in 1989, with similar precedents and already recipient of the precautionary measure of the obligation to report daily to the police station, it was reported to the Judicial Authority for drug dealing.
