Sandrigo: 45-year-old drug dealer repatriated
During a targeted extraordinary operation by the joint police force, a man was traced 45enne known to the local community for his provocative and oppositional attitudes towards the citizens, dedicated to drug dealing (his main livelihood), with numerous criminal and/or police records for crimes against the person and property.
There was a pending expulsion order against him from the national territory. issued by the Judicial Authority as a security measure, in light of its marked social dangerousness.
The man was therefore accompanied to the Police Headquarters, where he was notified of the expulsion order; furthermore, he He was forcibly taken by the police to the airport, where he was put on a flight to be repatriated: if he returns to Italy, he will be arrested.
The man had entered Italy in 2000 legally but then lost the requirements for regular residence: in 2003 he began to commit crimes and was reported for the first time for brawling, damage and personal injury. Afterwards, it still came repeatedly reported for drug dealing, with various convictions handed down to him. In 2019, feeling pressured by repeated checks, he left Italy but tried to re-enter in 2021 through the maritime border of Bari from where he was rejected. But in October of the same year he managed to enter Italy again, where he was arrested again for the crime of dealing and possession of improper weapons.
Precisely for this crime, he was sentenced from the Court of Vicenza in 2023 with an expulsion order at the end of the sentence.
The Immigration Office Agents, working in synergy with those of the Flying Squad, they tracked him down and expelled him from the national territory, escorting him to the air border, repatriating him.
