They host him for Christmas but he begins to make increasingly insistent demands: the spouses ask for the police to intervene.
Vicenza. They had welcomed him willingly at their home in Vicenza, in Via Pecori Girardi, to spend the Christmas period together, but after a few days coexistence problems have arisen, so much so that to remove the no longer welcome guest they had to ask for the intervention of the State Police.
It is the story of two young Serbian spouses that they welcomed for Christmas a compatriot friend of theirs, coming from abroad.
The idea was to spend the holidays together but - after a few days - the guest started to make ever more insistent demands on meal times, on the not always pleasant cuisine, annoying the hosts even with the times of returning home late at night, after evenings spent going around the bars between aperitifs and after dinner, while the two people from Vicenza were forced to get up early in the morning to go to work.
And so, after yet another argument, the homeowners, recording the guest's clear refusal, first to change their attitude, and then to leave the house, they asked for police intervention.
The officers who intervened could not help but highlight how the owners' decision was not in any way questionable, as it is hospitality given free of charge and out of mere courtesy, without any contract between the parties.
At that point the guest spontaneously decided to leave to spend Christmas elsewhere. For them, the gift under the tree was the end of a friendship.
