A man was arrested for aggravated theft after stealing a cell phone from an elderly woman at the Maria Vittoria Hospital in Turin.

A man of 60 years was arrested for Theft aggravated and reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Turin for the possession of a pair of scissors laid down by the State Police.

Having received the description, the agent starts looking for the man who is tracked down in gynecology department. When the policeman asks him the reasons for his presence there outside of visiting hours, the man replies that he got lost while he was looking for the department Orthopedics for information.
The officer does not believe the man's version and learns that the person he stopped had just removed a cellular from the department Orthopedics, subtracting it from the an old lady's bedside table and hastily leaving the room. A nurse, suspicious of the man's presence in the room, raised the alarm, which allowed the officer to arrest the alleged perpetrator of the theft.
