Turin: Drugs hidden in the handles of two brooms, 2 people arrested by the State Police

Two Nigerian citizens, a man and a woman, both twenty-five year olds were arrested by the State Police for possession and dealing of narcotic substances.

The agents of the Dora Vanchiglia State Police Station learned of a drug dealing activity, near a supermarket on Via Cigna, carried out by a man on a scooter. The investigations led to the identification of a subject who, having left his home for a delivery, was checked by the agents.

With the help of canine units, the officers searched the house, but the dog's attention was focused on two shovels used to collect garbage. Hidden inside the handle The agents found several heat-sealed packages with over fifty doses of narcotic substance.
