Ivrea (Turin), wounds two people with a knife. An eighteen-year-old arrested by the State Police for attempted murder

A State Police patrol intervened in recent days at the “Movicentro” in Ivrea following the report of two people injured by a knife.

The officers arrived immediately on the scene and found blood at the entrance to the building, while the two injured people had already been taken to the hospital. One of the two had been stabbed in the leg, the second in the face and abdomen.

The investigations, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Ivrea, allowed the investigators of the Police Station to identify the perpetrator of the act: an eighteen-year-old of Tunisian origins, without a fixed abode and who had been moving around the Canavese area for a few months, and who had gone missing.

Alert all patrols on the territory, the agents of the Ivrea and Banchette State Police Station recognized and stopped the young man, only a few days later, following an intervention for a fight, in the same area of ​​the city.

The Public Prosecutor's Office of Ivrea, having examined the evidentiary material produced against the young man, ordered his arrest on suspicion of attempted murder and deformation of the person's appearance through permanent injuries to the face.

The investigating judge confirmed the arrest and ordered his detention in prison.
