Turin: Pre-trial detention for theft and credit card charges.

La State Police he executed, in Turin, precautionary measure of custody in prison towards 3 Guests, two men and a woman, held responsible for the crimes of theft and improper use of payment instruments.

The investigation, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Turin and conducted by the agents of the Turin Traffic Police Subsection, originated on September 11, 2025 at the 'Beinasco Sud Service Area, along the highway A55 Turin–Pinerolo. In this context, a group of 8 subjects, Of which 4 minors, having got out of a camper, entered the service area bar, creating confusion e removing various types of goods displayed on the shelves of the commercial establishment.

During the action the following was also stolen: store manager's portfolio, taken from the bag kept in her office. Shortly after, the woman was alarmed by thearrival of numerous notifications on the phone, relating to purchases made with credit cards contained in the stolen wallet.

Thanks to images from surveillance cameras inside and outside the bar, the agents of Police Police they managed to reconstruct the phases and methods of the theft, identifying the four responsible adults, two men and two women, all of Roma ethnicity and homeless.

During the investigative checks, the operators also identified the man who had misused the stolen credit cards, used to make purchases in some commercial establishments located in Via Guido Reni in Turin.

Based on the elements collected, theJudicial authority has ordered the application of the precautionary measure of custody in prison against the four individuals responsible for the theft. The measure was performed last December 3rd from the staff of the Turin Traffic Police towards three of the four identified.

One of the two women, also recipient of the precautionary measure, she has become untraceable and towards him research is still ongoing.
