Turin, 23-year-old reported for illegal trade of explosive material
The State Police reported a 23-year-old Italian citizen for illegal trade in explosive material.
The investigative activity, carried out on the initiative of the staff of the Madonna di Campagna station, led to the identification of the young man through stories and posts published on well-known social platforms: on them, the 23-year-old advertised the sale of highly explosive material, presumably held in an unlawful manner at his home.
Through timely investigations, the police traced the boy's home, in the "Le Vallette" neighborhood, finding in his bedroom 16 batteries, for 1600 launches of fireworks, of different brands and, in the cellar belonging to the home, about sixty homemade onions, about seventy "Black Thunder" explosive sticks and other batteries, for a further 800 launches of fireworks.
The explosive material seized was found to be stored in a dangerous manner, with potentially serious consequences for the condominium in the event of an explosion; the criminally relevant conduct is being examined by the Turin Public Prosecutor's Office.
