Trento: Tries to Kill Mother After Asking Her for Money, Young Woman Arrested for Attempted Murder

On the morning of December 5, the State Police of Trento arrested a 32 year old young Italian woman with no criminal record for sixty-five year old mother stabbed at the height of an argument.

The Flying Squad patrols intervened inside a house in the southern area of ​​Trento, following the report of a violent argument.

They found a woman on the spot – conscious despite having been hit by several blows – who immediately indicated that her daughter was responsible for the violent act, stating that she had been hit at the end of a violent argument over economic reasons. The young woman, however, had already left the house, taking to flight hastily.

The immediate mobilization of all patrols present on the territory made it possible to spot the girl right after stops at a rest area along the SS 349, where, not far away, she had just disposed of her bloody jacket and the knife used during the attack.

The mother was immediately transported to the emergency room in red code, where she received an initial prognosis of 40 days due to multiple wounds to the head, neck and chest, with involvement of the lung area.

At the hospital, the victim reported to the police officers that the fight had started because of a disproportionate request for money from the daughter, who does not live with him. At his refusal the young woman he took a knife out of his backpack - which he had with him - and stabbed his mother, first in the neck, causing light cuts, and then in the back. Always in this circumstance the girl has threatened to make her ingest bleach, which he had brought with him.

The young woman was then arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and, by order of the Judicial Authority, she was taken to the local prison, pending the holding of the validation hearing.
