Trento and Pergine Valsugana: Police carry out widespread administrative checks. Fines are imposed for selling alcohol to minors and for unlicensed establishments.

The State Police, the Administrative Police Service of the Province of Trento and the Trento Monte Bondone Local Police are conducting checks on public establishments, entertainment venues, and venue security. Fines of over €10 are being imposed.

Trento and Pergine Valsugana: Police carry out widespread administrative checks. Fines are imposed for selling alcohol to minors and for unlicensed establishments.

In recent days, the State Police has completed a complex series of administrative controls on public and local establishments in the areas of Trento e Pergine Valsugana.

The activities were conducted by the Administrative Team of the Trento Police Headquarters, with the support of Administrative Police Service of the Autonomous Province of Trento (PAT) and, for the territory of competence, of the Trento Monte Bondone Local Police.

The checks have started in the city centre of Trento, with particular attention to a mini market reported several times for selling alcohol to minors.

After a discreet observation, the officers saw a group of boys enter the shop and leave with bottles of spirits. Identified, the young people were found minors between 13 and 15 years old.

The owner was then fined 4.000 euros by the Police Headquarters, while the Administrative Police Service of the PAT has issued a further report for the lack of mandatory signage.

Still in the city centre, the checks were extended to two premises where checks were underway musical shows with DJ sets.
The investigations revealed that the owners they did not have the license required by art. 68 of the TULPS: both were fined by the PAT staff for unlicensed public performances.

In the following days the checks continued to Pergine Valsugana.

In a first public establishment, illegally transformed into unlicensed nightclub, They had been found four unauthorized security personnel.

The owner was fined for unauthorized performance of public entertainment and unauthorized opening of places of public entertainment, while the Police Headquarters notified sanctions for 6.000 € to the owner and 1.500 euros each to unauthorized operators.

In a second premises in Pergine, the checks highlighted that the licences presented by the owner were lapsed, since they were released to the father, who died in 2024.

Further critical issues have emerged in terms of of your digital ecosystem. :

  • an emergency exit blocked by a large vase,

  • the second one obstructed by a stack of tables and chairs,

  • the third occupied by a parked car.

In this case too, fines were imposed for public performance without a license e illegal opening of places of public entertainment.

The checks will continue in the coming weeks to ensure safety, legality and protection of minors in all the premises of the province.
