Trentino Alto Adige: in 2025 the region will support social inclusion with training internships

In 2025, in the autonomous region of Trentino Alto Adige, internships for disadvantaged individuals will be activated, offering opportunities for socialization and integration into the world of work. The initiative aims to develop skills and autonomy, promoting job reintegration and collaboration with the local economic fabric.

In 2025 the Region will activate Internships for disadvantaged people, offering them opportunities for socialization and professional growth. The initiative aims to promote job reintegration and skills development, promoting social inclusion and collaboration with local economic entities.

The Region confirms its commitment to promoting the social inclusion of disadvantaged individuals, through participation in initiatives aimed at offering an opportunity for socialization in work contexts to people who temporarily or permanently lack the essential requirements for entering the world of work. The objective is to maintain any residual working capacity of these individuals and/or to implement their potential.

For this reason in the cBear of the year, free training and orientation internships will be activated at the regional offices of Bolzano and Trento which aim to facilitate professional choices, guaranteeing candidates direct experience in the work environment and a concrete opportunity for educational growth. Furthermore, they offer the possibility of socializing in work contexts, contributing to the autonomy of people and their full integration into society.

"The Region reiterates the importance of these initiatives in the process of social inclusion – explained the Vice President Julia Zanotelli - work represents an effective tool for acquiring practical skills and better understanding the dynamics of the professional world. These experiences are essential not only for strengthening the educational background of young people, but also for stimulating a fruitful collaboration between educational institutions, businesses and socio-economic realities of the territory".Trentino Alto Adige: nel 2025 la regione sostiene l’inclusione sociale con tirocini formativi
