Prescription – Teramo
I Carabinieri of the Teramo Station, at the end of an investigative activity, they have released in a state of freedom un 34 year old non-EU citizen for the crime of stolen.
During a house search, the military found an iPad, which had been stolen from inside a parked vehicle. The device was located using a GPS tracking system, allowing the stolen goods to be recovered.
Family Abuse – Notaresco
I Carabinieri of the Val Vomano Station of Penna Sant'Andrea they executed a custody order against the arrest, issued by the GIP of the Court of Teramo, against a 44 year old non-EU citizen.
The man is held responsible for the crime of abuse in the family, committed to starting from 2023 also towards his two minor childrenThe investigative activity was conducted by the Carabinieri of the Notaresco Station.
Failure to comply with mandatory expulsion order – Mosciano Sant'Angelo
I Carabinieri of the Mosciano Sant'Angelo Station have reported in a state of freedom one 42 year old Italian, already known to the police, for failure to comply with the mandatory expulsion order.
The woman, burdened by numerous criminal record, was caught in an area from which she had been ordered to leave.
Execution of a prison order for robbery – Roseto degli Abruzzi
I Carabinieri of the Roseto degli Abruzzi Station they performed a detention order issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Teramo against two Italian citizens, aged 42 and 31 respectively.
The two men were convicted of a robbery committed in 2017: the first will have to serve 4 years in prison, while the second 3 years.
Drunk Driving – Giulianova
I Carabinieri of the Radiomobile Unit of the Giulianova Company have reported in a state of freedom 41 year old Italian for driving under the influence of alcohol.
The man was stopped for a check and subjected to a breathalyzer test, which revealed a blood alcohol level of more than 2 g/l, well above the legal limit.
Following the violation, the military proceeded to license withdrawal driving and the vehicle was entrusted to a person trusted by the offender.
The Carabinieri control activities will continue with constant attention to guarantee the safety of the territory and respect for the law.
