Mosciano Sant'Angelo: They gang rape a woman and then threaten to spread the video, arrested

In Mosciano Sant'Angelo, Sorbara (MO) and Cividate al Piano (BG), the Carabinieri of the Giulianova Company (TE), assisted, in the executive phase, by those of the Modena and Treviglio Companies (BG), gave execution of a precautionary custody order in prison, issued by the Preliminary Investigations Judge of the Court of Teramo against three non-EU citizens, one of whom has a criminal record for property crimes, held responsible, to varying degrees, for “gang rape”, “extortion” and “attempted extortion”.

The measure, which is the result of a complex investigative activity, has allowed us to to establish that the three suspects, on the night of 21.10.2023, in Teramo, had, against the will of the complainant, a group sexual intercourse, threatening him, in the following months, to spread a video relating to the sexual act, if he did not pay the sums requested, over time, as extortion. The suspects, all captured, were taken to the local prisons with jurisdiction over the territory, at the disposal of the sending Judicial Authority.
