The Police have 35-year-old man arrested for the crime of resistance to a public official and mistreatment in the family.

The police intervened in an apartment in the city centre on a woman's cry for help who was in trouble for the violent behavior of the husband.

The police officers entered the house and immediately reached the man - a citizen of nationality 35 year old Nigerian – who was in the grip of a strong hysterical crisis.

From the very beginning, the 35-year-old was uncooperative and continued to have a hostile attitude towards them opposing in a decisive manner toidentification.

Considering the dangerousness of the man who continued his violent behavior, the police decided to immobilize him.

However, theman with a lightning bolt lunged at his wife trying to bite her neck and only the prompt intervention of the police averted the worst.

After having transmitted the documents to the competent Judicial Authority, the 35 year old was arrested and escorted to the local prison
