Taranto, commercial activities check: abusive garage sanctioned and 39 year old not regularly employed.
I continue checks on public establishments by the State Police aimed at combating the deplorable phenomenon of illegal commercialism.
The Taranto Traffic Police Section carried out several inspections of commercial activities and in particular, in the Talsano area, they found that inside a room used as a garage, the vehicle repair activity was carried out in violation of various special rules which regulate the management of the commercial-artisan activity.
She was elevated to the titleholder ofgarage an administrative fine amounting to a total of 5 thousand euros, essendo exercised illegally the car repair activity without the required notification of commencement of activity to the Chamber of Commerce.
At the end of the operations, the police proceeded to administrative seizure of the equipment and instruments used for the exercise of abusive activities.
Colleagues from the Borgo police station, however, following an inspection carried out inside a drinks distribution business in the Tre Carrare – Solito district of Taranto, observed, on several occasions, a young man, wearing a t-shirt bearing the logos and the name of the business, carry out work activities within the shop in full autonomy.
The man, a 39 year old from Taranto, he told investigators that he had been working at the business for about a year.
It would turn out that the same was not regularly employed, for which further investigations are underway at the INPS and the Labor Inspectorate, while al owner of the shop was fined 1500 euros.
The checks will continue in the next few days.
