Melilli: The Carabinieri arrest a 22-year-old who violated the prohibition on approaching his ex

I Carabinieri of Melilli have a 22-year-old man arrested, already convicted for stalking of ex-girlfriend, in execution of a provision which replaced the precautionary measure of the prohibition of approaching the injured party issued by the Court of Syracuse, with the arrest.

The young man, already subjected to the precautionary measure of the prohibition on approaching ex-partner, with the garrison of the electronic bracelet and prohibition of communication with her, he violated the measure several times by bringing it closer in an attempt to re-establish relationships, insulting her and continuously sending her stalking messages.

Thanks to woman's complaint, the Carabinieri, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Syracuse, have violations ascertained and the Judicial Authority has issued an order of worsening of the measure with the subjection of man to arrest.
