The Golden Flames of the State Police From 3 to 8 December they participated in the Italian Absolute Boxing Championships which took place in the City of Seregno at the “PalaSomaschini”.

285 elite athletes took part in the event and 8 athletes from the State Police participated, all highly decorated champions, such as Alfred Commey, Italian absolute champion; Erika Prisciandaro, European U22 champion; Sirine Charaabi, world and Olympic vice-champion Paris 2024 and Rebecca Nicoli, Italian and Olympic champion Tokyo 2020; Angela Carini, vice world and European champion and Olympic champion Paris 2024, who also won the gold medal in this sporting competition. Others also stood out by winning medals, such as Chiara Saraiello, vice European champion, who won a silver medal and Alessio Camiolo, Italian U22 champion and Italian absolute champion, who won a bronze medal.

With great pride During their stay in the province, the champions were hosted in the gym of the Monza and Brianza Police Headquarters, where they trained hard with their coaches. The sports facility used for training police officers was made available to them.
