Messina, Volleyball Wolrd Beach Pro Tour Futures 2024 returns in June 

Messina prepares to host the 2024 edition of the international beach volleyball event.

There will be 56 pairs of beachers coming from all over the world, 28 male and 28 female, who will compete in Piazza Duomo from June 20th to 23rd.

The Sicilian stage of the international circuit, the only one of the three in Italy, organized by CEV (Confédération Européenne de Volleyball) and by Volleyball World and entrusted to Messina to the local promoter Team Volley Messina, is realized with the participation of the Municipality of Messina through the Department of Sports Policies, and in collaboration with Mediterranea Eventi, Triptop and the Fipav Territorial Committee of Messina.

The Messina stage for this edition will also be valid for the qualifications for the Paris 2024 Olympics. The details of the sporting event they will be illustrated in the next few days at Palazzo Zanca, during a press conference, in the presence of the mayor Federico Basile and the branch councilor Massimo Finocchiaro, in which representatives of the local sporting and non-sporting entities who contributed to the organization of the international beach volleyball event will participate.
