Inter, Nicolò Barella renews until 2029.

Nicolo Barella has prolonged its bond with theInter. As announced by the Nerazzurri club itself, the Sardinian midfielder he renewed his contract until 2029.

An agreement that, in reality, had already been reached last January. Then several months were needed for the announcement, especially in light of the change at the top of the Nerazzurri club.

Barella won two league titles, two Italian Cups and three Super Cups for the Nerazzurri, as well as having played in a Champions League final and a Europa League final.

Wednesday 12 June, however, could be the decisive day for the also renewal of Simone Inzaghi. In fact, contact is expected between the Nerazzurri management and the coach's agent, Tullio Tinti.

Immediately after the announcement of the signing, the midfielder's first words appeared on Inter's social networks: «Today I am extremely happy and excited to sign the extension of my contract with Inter for so many years. I never had any doubts: I believe in this project and, above all, I wanted this signing to arrive before the European championship. I am really proud to be able to defend the colors of this great Club for a long time to come. My desire is to continue on the path of success that we have undertaken in recent years with the group and the coach. We want to grow more and more to give more joy to our fans.
