Matchday 3 of the 2025/26 Serie A season is making history, but certainly not for its spectacle. With just 11 goals scored in 10 games, it's officially the lowest scoring match since the tournament began awarding three points for a win. The weekend concluded with a 1-1 draw at the Zini stadium between Cremonese and Udinese, with Zaniolo equalizing for Terracciano.

The match heated up immediately. After just four minutes, Cremonese took the lead thanks to a free kick from Vandeputte, on which Terracciano found the decisive deflection, aided by Kabasele's touch that wrong-footed Okoye. Udinese tried to respond in the 22nd minute with Atta, who squandered a chance from a good position, while Zerbin came close to doubling the lead on two occasions. On the half-hour mark, Nicola's team came close to making it 2-0 with Bonazzoli, who glaringly hit the crossbar.
In the second half Udinese found the equaliser in the 51st minute: Zanoli crossed from the right and Zaniolo He headed in a header to make it 1-1. Cremonese responded and almost took the lead again in the 60th minute through Vardy, but Okoye stood firm in the one-on-one situation. In the 79th minute, Vazquez hit the post with a free kick, while in injury time, Kabasele cleared Vardy's near-miss off the line. The match ends 1-1
With this draw, Cremonese rises to 10 points, while Udinese reaches 9, both remaining in mid-table.
