Juventus, capital gains case: request for indictment for Agnelli, Nedved, Arrivabene and Paratici.

La Prosecutor of Rome requested the indictment of the former Juventus president, Andrea Agnelli, and other former managers at the time at the top of the Juventus club, including Pavel nedved, Maurice Arrivabene e Fabio Paratici, as part of the investigation relating to capital gains and the salary maneuver.

Against the suspects, about ten, the accusations are, depending on the positions, stock manipulation, obstacle to supervision e false invoicing.

The procedure, coordinated by the deputy Giuseppe Cascini and by the substitute Lorenzo Del Giudice, had come to the attention of the Capitoline magistrates after the decision of the Supreme Court which had declared the territorial incompetence of the Turin Prosecutor's Office.
