Conference League: Fiorentina begins their European campaign with a victory, with Piccoli and Ndour playing their part.

Still without a league win, Fiorentina began with a win in the Conference League. Pioli's team defeated Czech side Sigma Olomouc thanks to goals from the two Italians Piccoli and Ndour. In their next European match, the Viola will face Austrian side Rapid Vienna.

The first sign of the evening came in the 9th minute with Dzeko's header, but his effort was central and easy prey for Koutny. Ndour, already one of the best on the pitch, made it 2-0 with a powerful and precise shot that left Koutny no chance.
