A third Champions League matchday was a mixed bag for the Italian teams. Napoli suffered a shocking 6-2 defeat away to PSV, after taking the lead through McTominay. Meanwhile, in Belgium, Inter Milan won 4-0 against Union Saint-Gilloise thanks to another impressive performance from Pio Esposito.
