MotoGP, Spielberg Grand Prix race: Bagnaia wins, Binder 2nd and Bezzecchi 3rd
After Bagnaia's victory in the sprint race, the tenth Grand Prix gets underway with Sunday's race. The winner in Spielberg is Pecco Bagnaia ahead of Binder and Bezzecchi. 4th Marini, 8th Quartararo and 12th Marc Marquez.

On the Austrian Spielberg circuit, a track characterized by very slow hairpin bends and straights in which to release all the power of the bike, the tenth MotoGP weekend ends with the race, the moment that all the riders are waiting for to give their best. Bagnaia starts in pole position followed by Vinales and Binder, with Miller 4th, Bezzecchi 7th, Quartararo 9th and Marc Marquez 18th. As the traffic lights went out, Bagnaia turned ahead of everyone, followed by Binder, Miller, Alex Marquez, Marini, Bezzecchi and Quartararo.
After 3 laps Bagnaia and Binder run away, creating a gap of over a second on their pursuers, while Martin takes the long lap penalty after the penalty inflicted yesterday. Alex Marquez overtakes Miller for third position on lap four, while Bezzecchi overtakes Marini. On the fifth lap Miller was overtaken by both Bezzecchi and Marini and dropped to sixth position. Quartararo drops to twelfth ahead of Morbidelli and with Marc Marquez 14th. Halfway through the race Bagnaia increases his gap over Binder to over a second, while Bezzecchi and Alex Marquez duel for third position, but the number 72 of the Mooney VR46 team tries to overtake and ends up wide in turn 1, losing ground to the rider of the Gresini team. With 10 laps to go, Bagnaia finally let go of Binder who finds himself 3 seconds behind the number 1 Ducati, while Bezzecchi threatens Alex Marquez again.
On the twenty-third lap Bezzecchi overtakes Marquez for third place, while Bagnaia does another sport, reaching a 5 second advantage over the South African from KTM. With 3 laps to go Marini overtakes Alex Marquez for fourth place. After 28 laps of absolute domination, drawing trajectories as perfect as Mozart's symphonies, Pecco Bagnaia wins ahead of Binder and Marco Bezzecchi. Marini finishes 4th, Alex Marquez 5th, Vinales 6th, Quartararo 8th, Aleix Espargarò 9th, Bastianini 10th and Marc Marquez 12th.
“Nuvola Rossa” is unbeatable and wins again, confirming itself as number 1. The next race will be in Barcelona on the weekend of September 3rd.
