Coronavirus, the new Prime Ministerial Decree signed. Here are the new rules to respect

Milano, 14 October 2020 – The new Prime Ministerial Decree with the Covid rules was signed just before 13am yesterday by the Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte and the Minister of Health Roberto Speranza. The signature came after receiving feedback on the government's final text from the Regions, who had requested a postponement. The anti-Coronavirus measures will be valid for one month, until November 2020, XNUMX.

MASK OBLIGATION

Article 1 of the Prime Ministerial Decree states that “it is done the obligation throughout the entire national territory to always have with you protection devices of the respiratory tract, as well as the obligation to wear them in indoor places other than private homes and in all outdoor places except in cases where, due to the characteristics of the places or the actual circumstances, the condition is continuously guaranteed of isolation from non-cohabiting people, and in any case without prejudice to the anti-contagion protocols and guidelines envisaged for economic, productive, administrative and social activities, as well as the guidelines for the consumption of food and drinks". Those who participate in sporting activities, children under 6 years of age, and those with pathologies and disabilities incompatible with the use of a mask are excluded from the obligation. It also comes “strongly recommended” the use of the devices “even inside private homes in the presence of people who do not live together”

THE WORK

The decree puts the accelerator on smart working (70% among the public), which was widely used in the first weeks after the lockdown, but which has given way a little to face-to-face working in recent months. Furthermore, incentives will be distributed to sanitize offices.

The swimming pools are open, but not for water polo. The quota for the presence of fans in stadiums remains set at 1000, while in sports halls 15% of the seats will be able to be occupied up to a ceiling of 200 spectators.

SHOWS

“Save” cinemas, theaters and music halls. The Prime Ministerial Decree does not provide for major restrictions compared to those already in force. The limit remains at 200 spectators, who will be required to maintain a distance of one meter and a mask. Therefore, you will attend the shows with the next seat free, unless it is occupied by a cohabitant.
