Catanzaro: The “Kermes & Altaflex Catanzaro Volley” company was awarded at Palazzo De Nobili.

The mayor of Catanzaro, Nicola Fiorita, awarded the company “Kermes & Altaflex Catanzaro Volley”, the volleyball team that came close to promotion to Serie B in the season just ended.

A result which, on the one hand, highlighted the great passion and commitment of the athletes throughout the competition and which brought hundreds of fans to the arena. On the other hand, the mayor highlighted the professionalism of the corporate structure, capable of dreaming and preparing a team that lives up to expectations. The plaque was collected by President Angelo Prudente, who wanted to thank Mayor Fiorita for the closeness shown and the recognition received at Palazzo De Nobili. Prudente gave Mayor Fiorita a competition t-shirt from "Kermes & Altaflex Catanzaro Volley". In addition to the athletes, the vice president Salvatore Caracciolo, the managers Gigi Rotundo and Vitaliano Caracciolo and the coach Gino Simone were also present together with the president.

Now we need to start again and continue the dream that was interrupted just one set from the finish line but which does not detract from the great merit of the club, the athletes and the fans. Next year we will still be there, at the stadium, cheering for this team that carries the name of the city of Catanzaro high", said the mayor Nicola Fiorita.
