Cycling: it's the day of the Milano-Turin 2025.
On this day, Wednesday 19 March, Turin will be the stage for the arrival of the Milano-Turin, the longest-running cycling competition in the world, whose first edition dates back to 1876.
The path
The 106th edition of the Milan-Turin will start from rho and, after a journey characterised by a double passage on the Hill, it will end in the suggestive setting of the Superga Basilica. In the wake of the previous events, which saw the protagonists challenge each other on the Strade Bianche and in the spectacular Tirreno-Adriatico, the Milano-Turin represents the last test bench in view of the classic Milano-Sanremo of the weekend. The start is set for the 11:35 and the group, after leaving Rho, will head towards Piedmont passing through places such as Magenta, Novara and Vercelli. After skirting the Po and passing San Mauro Torinese, the cyclists will face a downhill stretch towards Rivodora before climbing again towards San Mauro. The decisive selection will take place on the two climbs of the day, characterised by gradients reaching 14% and an average of over 9%. The arrival in Superga is scheduled for 16.00 hours.
All eyes are on who will try to succeed him. Alberto Bettiol, winner of the last edition, able to precede the Swiss Jan Christen at the finish line.
The match will be broadcast live on TV starting at 14.20 hours on Rai 2 and Rai Sport and will also be visible in streaming on the RaiPlay platform.
