Kroton Nuoto Asd: between records and pride at the Calabria Regional Master Swimming Championships.

On 2/02/2025, the Calabria Nuoto Master Regional Championships were held at the Cosenza municipal swimming pool. The event concluded with great pride and with three regional records obtained for Kroton Nuoto Asd.

What a day for Kroton Nuoto Asd

For the Crotone company, 2/02/2025 is a date that represents the fruits of a journey. The Kroton Swimming Asd has managed to obtain great results with the hard work of its athletes, after a start of the season that saw an almost complete refoundation of the team. In the “Calabria Regional Championships Master Swimming” Kroton Nuoto Asd placed fourth out of twenty-four participating clubs, thanks to the 30 medals obtained by its athletes including 17 gold, 7 silver and 6 bronze. But it does not end there, because among the 30 medals just mentioned, we also find the beauty of three regional records. The first record was obtained in the 4x50 mixed composed of the very strong Fantasy – Scerra – Giuliano e Alampi.

The second and third records both bear the signature of a fantastic Jade Maiorano in the 100 medley and the 50 butterfly.

The two technicians Greek Angel e Roberto Fantasia they are very satisfied with their children and very confident for the future.

The words of Mister Roberto Fantasia: “Our team is determined to continue on this pathfrom, working together to reach new goals. Unfortunately, many veterans were missing from this event due to health reasons, we swam for them too! After so many years at the helm of the competitive sector of Kroton, I don't remember a team so united and performing”.
