It was presented in the Transparency Hall of the Liguria Region, 33rd edition of the National Truffle Festival of Millesimo, scheduled 3 from October to 5 2025. A historical event Which unites food and wine, culture and traditions, recalling every year thousands of visitors, even from outside the region.

Truffles are a precious product, the fruit of nature and the work of truffle hunters, who represent an authentic tradition, passed down with dedication and unique knowledge. The Liguria Region wholeheartedly supports this event because it firmly believes in the power of typical products, capable of expressing our roots and generating economic, tourism, and cultural opportunities. This edition is renewed and enriched with offers for families, young people, and Italian and international tourists: a winning formula that confirms Millesimo as the capital of the Ligurian truffle.
«One of the most important assets of our tourism policy strategy is the promotion of local excellence – said the regional councillor for Tourism, Luca Lombardi – and the National Truffle Festival of Millesimo, already arrived at 33 edition, is therefore an unmissable event in the context of an offer of experiential tourism which allows visitors to immerse themselves in the realities of the territories.
This is undoubtedly the year of Millesimo: the village of Savona is once again the protagonist in autumn with this splendid event after having won the third edition of "Borghi in Fiore", the social contest promoted by the Liguria Region Tourism Department in collaboration with the Ligurian Horticultural District.
The mayor of Millesimo, Francesco Garofano, added: "The 33rd edition of the National Truffle Festival makes us even more enthusiastic than previous ones. Visitors will find a rich and diverse experience that appeals to all audiences, from families to young people to tourists. The presentation was also attended by the councillor for events of the Municipality of Millesimo, Alessio La Placa, and the president of theLigurian Truffle Hunters and Truffle Growers Association, Maurizio Bazzano, who have contributed with their commitment to the creation of a an even broader and more engaging program.
From the 3 5 October, Millesimo will welcome visitors with food stands, exhibitions, shows, outdoor activities and the traditional initiatives dedicated to the world of truffles, including the truffle hunting , “Truffle Hunters' Sleepless Night”.
