On the evening of August 20, the State Police arrested a man for the crime of mistreatment against family members or cohabitants.
Specifically, at around 20.00:XNUMX PM, a patrol car from the Office of General Prevention and Public Rescue was sent to a private home in the Rimini-Nord area following a report of a visibly agitated man who was verbally abusing his partner.

Once the police arrived on site, they could note, under the house in question, the presence of a man, in a clear state of psychophysical alteration due to the probable intake of alcoholic substances, who was held back by his brother and parents as he entered the house. condominium courtyard, with the clear intention of heading towards the ex-partner's home.

The man uttered, through screams that created panic and discomfort throughout the neighborhood, death threats against his ex-partner; as, according to her, the woman prevented her from seeing her children.
The officers, with no small effort, tried to calm the subject and accompanied him to the police headquarters to carry out the necessary investigations.

It could be ascertained that the attack had begun a few hours earlier, when the man had hit the face of his ex-partner's father who had come to the aid of his daughter, terrified and afraid of the threats she had received, causing injuries to his lip.

The woman had also previously filed a complaint against her ex-partner, specifying that in the last year the man had been acting nervously and aggressively, insultingly and threateningly, after which she had decided to end the relationship.
Furthermore, the woman admitted that on the afternoon in question she had refused to let her ex-partner see her minor children, as the man had shown up with dirty clothes and appeared unkempt, as well as agitated, so, despite their agreement , she had asked to postpone the meeting.

Following the above-mentioned facts, previous episodes, and the complaint already filed, the man was arrested and taken to the Rimini prison.
