Rimini: Suicide prevented. Young girl tries to throw herself under a train, but is saved in extremis by two policemen

I cops, around 15.00:XNUMX pm on 22st January, were carrying out a routine checkpoint in the municipality of Morciano di Romagna when they were approached by a woman in a state of agitation who asked them for help.

The woman told the police that His 25-year-old daughter had left the house expressing the intention of wanting to commit suicide and had disappeared without a trace.

The two police officers, having gathered all the information of the case as well as the physical description of the young girl, alerted all the Police Forces present in the area through the operations centre and began searching for the young girl in the places she normally frequented, as indicated by her increasingly agitated and desperate mother.

Having failed to trace her with these initial searches, at around 15.30 pm the police decided to go to the Cattolica railway station, suspecting that the young woman might commit the reckless act.

The two traffic policemen arrived at the train station they spotted the young girl who was in a confused state and wandering dangerously close to the first track.

The Agents, thanks also to their specific training, they managed to establish a dialogue with the girl and with their persuasion they managed to get closer to her, reassure her and to move her away from the tracks as a high-speed train was about to arrive.

Shortly after, the girl's parents arrived and, as soon as she saw them, she burst into tears of relief. The young girl was entrusted to her parents and to the 118 health workers, always alert the traffic police operations room.
