Rimini: stalking, assault and assault on his ex-partner, arrested by the State Police.

State Police personnel arrested a man responsible for the crimes of stalking, mistreatment, and violation of domicile.
In detail, the Operations Room sent a State Police car to Viserba, at the request of a woman who reported that she had been threatened with death by her ex-partner, following an argument inside her home.

Once on site, the staff made contact with the applicant, who appeared visibly shaken and afraid, after having had a violent verbal argument with her ex, whom she had already reported previously.

In fact, subsequent investigations revealed numerous police records for personal injury and stalking, reasons for which their relationship ended in 2022, but that due to financial difficulties, from January 2023 to March 2024, the woman had temporarily made a room in her apartment available.

However, due to her engagement with her current partner, the episodes of physical and psychological violence became increasingly frequent; therefore, the woman invited her ex several times to leave the house, without ever obtaining the desired result.
Given the unsustainability of the situation, on the advice of the anti-violence center in Rimini, the woman went to the home of her current boyfriend where she had lived for a period of time.

The victim returned to Rimini, still noticing the presence of her ex in the house.
An argument arose between the latter, the woman and her current partner, resulting in a fight between the two men. Therefore, the victim reported the above.

However, as previously mentioned, the ex had returned to the victim's home, which is why the latter again requested the intervention of the police.
Given the above, since these were crimes for which compulsory arrest is foreseen, he was taken to the police station, where he was held in the security rooms, waiting to be transferred to the local prison until the next celebration of the validation hearing.
