Rimini: steals a bag under an umbrella and tries to escape, one arrest by the State Police.

The State Police arrested a foreign citizen responsible for the crime of aggravated theft.
Specifically, at approximately 12:00, a patrol car crew, during the normal territorial control service, on the orders of the local Operations Room, was sent near the Di Vittorio seafront, to a beach resort, following a report of a man who had stolen a bag placed on the hook of a beach umbrella.

The same man, spotted by lifeguards, was stopped after a short chase.
Once the police arrived on site, they identified a small group of people, including the two lifeguards who were trying to hold the arm of the perpetrator of the theft who was trying to move away to escape control.

The officers, who arrived quickly to help, immobilized the foreigner and proceeded to carry out a personal search, recovering the sum of 30 Euros and the electronic credit card registered to the owner of the bag in the man's shorts.
The man was arrested for the above-mentioned crime and taken to the local police station. Following police investigations, it turned out that not only did the boy have numerous police records against him, but he was also the recipient of a ban on residing in the province of Rimini.

The man was held in the security rooms of the local police station, awaiting the direct trial scheduled for today's morning.

After the hearing to validate the arrest for aggravated theft, the man's residence ban will be aggravated, as he is non-compliant, with that of precautionary custody in prison.
