At around 23.00pm, the Operations Room sent a patrol car to Cesare Battisti square following a report from a citizen who said he had been attacked on board a bus.
Once on site, the operators identified the applicant, who immediately indicated the perpetrator of the attack, still present on the bus. The man, in a state of alteration due to the abuse of alcoholic substances, had punched and scratched the passenger's face.
The police officers, after having asked the attacker to provide his documents, found themselves faced with an individual aggressive and uncooperative, which has soon threw punches and kicks against one of the officers. With no small difficulty, the man was stopped and accompanied to the Police Offices.
Here too he continued to behave violently, which is why he was arrested for the crimes of resistance and injury to a public official.
