Rimini: a 35-year-old Italian man was arrested by the State Police in flagrante delicto for the crime of possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing.
The activity, developed following the information-investigative acquisitions of the Flying Squad, is the result of the implementation of controls and monitoring of widespread crime phenomena in the city and, in particular, for the dealing of narcotic substances.
The Flying Squad personnel were monitoring the man, since investigative findings had revealed that he could be in possession of a significant quantity of narcotic substances, intended to be then sold at retail throughout the province of Rimini and surrounding areas through targeted deliveries.
Therefore the men of the Flying Squad, on duty in front of the place identified as a possible "warehouse" for the narcotic, located in the Rimini hinterland on the border with San Marino, noticed the particularly agitated man entering and exiting his home, continuously checking the situation outside your home, as if you were waiting for someone.
Consequently, after having managed to enter, the investigators carried out an initiative search which allowed them to find and seize approximately 3.6 kg of hashish, divided into 67 blocks and 550 g of marijuana, divided into 9 wrappers, as well as 4 grams of cocaine, as well as 2 precision scales, a heat-sealing machine, suitable for packaging the substances, and the sum of 850 euros in cash.
The man, already burdened by a history of drug dealing, was arrested and, following the validation judgment, the measure of house arrest during the preliminary investigation phase was confirmed.
