Rimini: 40-year-old arrested for sexual assault and kidnapping.

La Rimini State Police arrested a 40 year old Albanian national, accused of sexual violence, personal injury, stalking, kidnapping and extortion to the detriment of his partner.

The complaint and the reconstruction of the facts

Il 25 January 2025, the woman showed up in Police Headquarters, XNUMX evident bruises on the face and a fracture to the dental arch, telling investigators about the Flying Squad of having been attacked by her partner.

The investigations have allowed us to reconstruct a long series of violence and harassment that the woman had been suffering for a long time. In particular, the 18st January, the victim, after days of discussions, had agreed to meet the man at a hotel. Once there, she was immediately attacked, brutally beaten and deprived of personal freedom for hours.

Man has tried to stab her, managing to hold her against her will and forcing her to have sexual intercourse. He also prevented her from using the phone and asking for help, so much so that, when a friend of the woman went to the hotel to look for her, he forced her to remain silent under threat.

Years of violence and exploitation

The investigations revealed that the woman had been missing for some time totally subjugated to the partner, who in addition to physical and psychological violence, he had extorted 20.000 euros from her and had forced her to make videos with sexual content, then sell them to third parties.

Thanks to timeliness of investigations, coordinated by Public Prosecutor's Office of Rimini, the man was tracked down on Saturday morning and it was given to him a custody order was notified. It was then transferred to prison, available to the Judicial Authority.
