Rimini: State Police expel three Albanian citizens illegally residing and involved in drug dealing.
La State Police, through staff of the Immigration Office of the Rimini Police Headquarters, has carried out, the December 4, 2025, order for forced escort to the border towards three Albanian citizens, results irregulars on the national territory and deemed to be engaged in activities of dealing of narcotic substances in the province.
The arrest for drug dealing and the investigations
Il September 16, 2025, the three had been arrested red-handed laid down by the Rimini Flying Squad, found in possession of:

over 100 grams of drugs divided into doses,
-
700 euros in cash, considered to be the proceeds of drug dealing.
After theirs discharge from the prison of Rimini, had been subjected to theobligation to report to the Judicial Police.
Having ascertained the irregular stay on Italian territory, the Immigration Office has started the procedures for theexpulsion.
At the end of the process: the Prefect of Rimini issued expulsion order for all three; the Quaestor has arranged theforced escort to the border.
The execution of the provision took place on 4th December, with accompaniment: to the Rimini Air Border, at the Ancona Air Border, in the latter case with international short.
The three citizens were also subjected to the three-year ban on re-entry into Italy, as ordered by the Prefect.
