The State Police has a man was arrested for stalking his ex-partner. Specifically, the patrol intervened near a bar in Miramare, following a request from a woman who claimed to be arguing with her ex-partner. Once on site, the officers contacted the applicant, who reported that the ex-partner, not having accepted the end of their relationship, he continually showed up at her house, bombarding her with calls made from countless telephone numbers, with the expectation of meeting her for yet another clarification. The woman, moved by the man's behavior, decided to meet him at a bar, not far away, and the same he began to rant against her using offensive phrases and insults. This violent attitude, culminating in physical aggression, led the woman to use pepper spray, which drove the subject away.
A few moments later, having returned home, the woman again reported to 112 the presence of her ex-partner outside her home who had assumed a threatening manner, demanding to enter the apartment by hitting the door. Once on site, the officers found the applicant's home nearby the man who assumed an aggressive attitude even towards the operators, even threatening to kill them. From further investigations, the same he was found to have numerous police records, including, in 2023, the warning from the Rimini Police Chief for stalking the aforementioned woman. Subsequently, the man ended up in prison for drug dealing, finally leaving his partner alone. In light of the events that occurred, the man was arrested and taken to the Forlì prison.
