Rieti: Carabinieri execute precautionary measure for mistreatment in the family.

The Carabinieri of the Rieti Station executed an order implementing the precautionary measure against a forty-year-old from Rieti, already known to the police.
The measure was issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Rieti and stems from a complaint for mistreatment filed against him by his wife last March.

The investigations carried out by the military made it possible to ascertain that the man, over time, in several circumstances, had been responsible for physical and psychological violence towards his spouse, even in the presence of his minor children, generating in her a profound condition disturbance and at the same time fear for one's own safety.

The Preliminary Investigations Judge of the Court of Rieti, having read the report of the military personnel and the request of the Public Prosecutor, adopted against the man the precautionary measure of removal from the family home and the prohibition of approaching the injured party.
