Poggio Mirteto: Carabinieri checks continue to combat driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 2 people reported

I Carabinieri of the Poggio Mirteto Company have reported on the loose 2 Guests to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Rieti for driving while intoxicated.

The complaint was filed at the end of a territorial control service, arranged by the Carabinieri in night time in order to verify compliance with the Highway Code subject, as is known, of a recent regulatory update.

The people reported are a 34enne and a 58enne, both Italian, who, subjected to a breathalyser test while driving their vehicles, were found to have a blood alcohol level of 1,84 g/l and 2,50 g/l respectively, both much higher than the legal limit which, it should be remembered, is 0,50 g/l.

In addition to driving license withdrawal and to the relative administrative sanction, the interested parties were reported at liberty to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Rieti and the local police were simultaneously notified Prefecture for subsequent obligations.
