Following repeated violations, detention in prison was ordered in place of the less afflictive measure of house arrest.
Monteleone Sabino: Carabinieri arrested a 30-year-old for repeated violations of house arrest
In the last few days, the Carabinieri Station of Poggio Moiano has proceeded to the arrest of a thirty-year-old, of foreign origins but long resident in Monteleone Sabino, executing a decree of lifting of house arrest issued by the Court of Appeal of Rome.
The man, already known to the police, had been previously placed under house arrest for crimes related to drugs but, on several occasions, he had violated the prescriptions imposed on him with the aforementioned precautionary measure.
Following the repeated violations, promptly reported by the Carabinieri of the aforementioned Station to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Rieti, was detention in prison ordered as a replacement for the less severe measure of house arrest.
Therefore, after the usual formalities, the interested party was transferred to the Rieti prison.
