Lodi: Bar fined for illegal sale of electronic cigarettes to a minor. 110 e-cigs seized

In this context, it has been found that the operator, regardless of the prohibition imposed by law, he had sold an electronic cigarette to the boy of only 16 years old violating the obligation to request the production of an identity document.

During the subsequent checks on the manager of the premises, the following was also found:lack of prior authorization for the sale of inhalation products combustion-free products made up of liquid substances with or without nicotine and a large quantity of new generation electronic cigarettes containing nicotine were identified.

The unauthorized retailer for the sale of inhalation products to the public and for having sold a single-use electronic cigarette pre-filled with liquid containing nicotine to a minor, was charged with violations that entail fines of 6.000 euros, closed for 15 days of the bar activity in addition to administrative seizure for smuggling of all the material, consisting of 110 electronic cigarettes without the tax stamp and several boxes of rolling papers and filters.
