Avigliano: 29-year-old in possession of heroin, hashish and cocaine attempts to escape, arrested

Conspicuously discovered, the young man attempted to flee but was then caught and stopped, but not before putting up strenuous resistance.

Conducted at the Carabinieri offices, The 29-year-old was declared under arrest and held in prison of Potenza, as ordered by the Potenza Judicial Authority, while the narcotic was seized.

Following a validation hearing, the GIP of the Court of Potenza ordered the precautionary custody in prison for the suspect for whom, it should be remembered, the presumption of innocence applies until a final sentence of conviction.
