Pordenone: young policemen for a day, little guests visiting the Police Headquarters
The little pupils of the third class of the Don Bosco Institute had the opportunity to visit the Pordenone Police Headquarters, guests of the Police Commissioner Solìmene. The project met with great enthusiasm among the young guests, who showed a genuine interest in all those tasks that distinguish the commitment of the operators and the values that the State Police aims to disseminate.

The Police Chief of Pordenone Giuseppe Solimene, in aperspective of continuity with the legality projects with the educational institutions undertaken during the school year, hosted the third-grade students of the Don Bosco Institute.
After the welcome greeting, the little guests were able to learn the recognition and photo-signalling techniques adopted by the Scientific Police. Furthermore, the scientific police carried out a demonstration of how fingerprints are collected at a “crime scene”.
The visit continued in the premises of the Operations Centre and at the Flying Squad, where the young students observed the means available for territorial control.
Enthusiastic and curious, they showed a genuine interest in all those tasks that distinguish the commitment of the operators and the values that the State Police aims to spread with its commitment, such as respect for the rules, friendship, solidarity.
Finally, in memory of this day as “little policemen”, the Police Headquarters delivered gift packages with coloring books, crayons, backpacks and pencil cases.
