As part of the services arranged for the control of the territory by the Police Chief of Pordenone, Dr. Giuseppe Solìmene, the State Police proceeded to verify the legal status of some identified foreign citizens.
At the end of the punctual checks carried out, the Immigration Office of the Police Headquarters requested the adoption of expulsion against two of them who were found to be irregular on the National Territory and irregularly employed by companies in the province.

In particular on 11/10/2024 the Immigration Office executed the order to immediately escort an Indian citizen to the border against whom the Prefecture of Pordenone had ordered expulsion from the National Territory pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 286/98. The aforementioned had previously submitted a request for recognition of international protection, but following the rejection decision adopted by the Territorial Commission of Trieste, he had never voluntarily left Italy, residing there irregularly.
Staff from the aforementioned Office, at the end of the investigation and after validation of the provision by the Justice of the Peace of Pordenone, escorted him to the air border of Milano Malpensa, from where it departed for New Delhi.

Also on 23/10/2024 The Immigration Office executed the order to immediately escort an Albanian citizen to the border.The aforementioned had submitted an application for the issue of a residence permit for work reasons without ever having obtained the required entry visa to Italy, in violation of the rules set forth in the Consolidated Immigration Act and the Prime Ministerial Decree “flows” which provides for the entry procedures for foreign workers and therefore his application had been declared inadmissible for “manifest groundlessness”, therefore the Prefecture of Pordenone had ordered his expulsion from the National Territory pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 286/98.
At the end of the investigation and after validation of the provision by the Justice of the Peace of Pordenone, personnel from the aforementioned Office escorted him to the Treviso air border, from where he departed for Tirana.
