The Immigration Office and the Flying Squad have started checks and targeted controls for to combat the phenomenon of prostitution and the irregular residence of foreign citizens. The Judicial Police and State Police personnel intervened at a reception facility located in the Province where the “alertalloggioti” computer system reported the presence of a Colombian citizen who was the recipient of an expulsion order from the national territory.

Following careful investigations by the immigration office, It was found that the Colombian had left the national territory to go to Spain, where he obtained a temporary residence permit, to return to Italy in violation of the re-entry ban. Therefore, having identified the violation of art. 13, paragraph 13 of Legislative Decree 286/1998, the thirty-seven-year-old Colombian was arrested and transferred to the Belluno Prison. Once released from prison, the Police Chief of Pordenone Giuseppe Solìmene ordered and carried out his removal from Italy.

Furthermore, another Colombian citizen was identified who, following checks on her legal conditions, was found to be staying irregularly in the national territory. At the conclusion of the checks carried out by the immigration office, the Prefect of Pordenone adopted the expulsion order against him, a order that the Police Chief of Pordenone she has carried out with her detention, thanks to a place assigned by the Central Directorate of Immigration, in one of the National Repatriation Detention Centers from which she will be permanently removed from the national territory.

Furthermore, an Albanian citizen was identified who, at the end of the investigations, was the recipient of an expulsion order and therefore illegally present on the national territory. At the end of the checks and at the conclusion of the administrative activity, personnel from the Immigration Office accompanied the Albanian citizen to the Treviso airport from where he departed for Tirana.

In the month of November alone, four expulsion orders were carried out by the Pordenone State Police, Of which two with immediate escort to the border and two with detention in one of the national Repatriation Detention Centres.
