Pordenone: arrested for theft at local shopping centers and mistreatment of his wife.

The agents of the Pordenone Police Headquarters' Flying Squad arrest a Romanian citizen responsible for thefts at local shopping centers and mistreatment of his wife.

The State Police of Pordenone has executed a cumulation of sentences order, issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Pordenone, against a fifty-four year old Romanian citizen resident in Sacile, sentenced to the penalty 3 years and 4 months of imprisonment and to the disqualification from holding public office for 5 years.

The man, responsible for thefts in collaboration with his wife at shopping centers in the province, was responsible for mistreatment of her that continued from 2003 to 2018 and occurred both in Romania and in Italy.

The arrest was made thanks to the investigative activity of the Agents of the Mobile Squad of the Pordenone Police Headquarters who gave impetus to the capture of individuals burdened by definitive prison sentences.

The investigations carried out, which continued for a few days, allowed the arrested man to be traced to a property located in the municipality of Sacile.

After the formal procedures, the same person was taken to the Pordenone prison.
