The two-day training program of the Single Patent Court inaugurated. The participants come from 17 European countries, they are administrative staff of the Court and professional judges.

It opened yesterday, at the headquarters of Court of Milano and the Italian Division of the Unified Patent Court, a two-day training program organized by the Tribunal Secretariat.

Part of the professional judges and administrative staff of the entire system of the Unified Patent Court in its various branches, such as the Court of Appeal, the Central Division, the local and regional divisions, will participate.
Program participants come from 17 European countries who are currently part of it.
The Vice President of the Council and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Hon. Antonio Tajani, regarding the opening of the training program, stated underlining that “Today's event is an important recognition of the work carried out by Italian government a few months after the launch of the Single Court of
Patents”, which, it should be remembered, constitutes the new European jurisdictional system in the field of patents which came into operation on
Last July 1st.
The Vice Premier, regarding the opening of the training program of the Single Patent Court, also added that “the opening of the program of training is also an important signal for Milano, which hosts the
Italian local division of the Unified Patent Court and which is preparing to soon also host the section of the Central Division of the Court.”
